Delmonico’s Debutes New Menus in the Main Dining Room and The Grill
Thursday, March 3rd, 2011Just in time for what looks the like the beginning of spring in New York City, Chef Olivia has created new dining menus for both the Main Dining Room and the Grill. Joining the Delmonico’s classics are a Seared Atlantic Halibut with crispy rock shrimp, farro, delicata squash and tuscan kale and a Brioche Bread Pudding with dark chocolate, blood orange and vanilla ice cream.
