Try the “Delmonico Steak”  – boneless ribeye – originated in the 1830’s as the house cut at Delmonico’s Restaurant in New York City.

To this day, we use a boneless, twenty-ounce, prime rib-eye steak that has been aged for at least six weeks.  Extremely tender yet unbelievably flavorful, this steak is cut from the center of the rib section.  To finish it up, we top the sizzling steak with “Meat Butter.”

It has become so popular that it is often seen on menus in restaurants across the nation.
