Dennis Turcinovic, Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of Delmonico’s, Dennis’s vision has been the driving force behind Delmonico’s renaissance, reestablishing the landmark restaurant among the elite dining experiences in New York . As it has since its inception in 1837, Delmonico’s once again represents a standard of excellence in fine dining.

Raised in a family-owned restaurant business, Dennis was introduced to the hospitality industry at a very young age. Over the years he has experienced all aspects of the restaurant business, from working as a line cook to managing the front of house operations. Dennis joined Delmonico’s as General Manager in 1998 and became Managing Partner in 2001.

A dedicated foodie and wine enthusiast, Dennis travels extensively exploring the cuisines of the finest restaurants in the United States, Europe, and South America, drawing from his experience in order to continuously improve and refine the Delmonico’s experience. Dennis’s particular enthusiasm for the wines of California is reflected by our award-winning wine list which contains many wines from his personal cellar.

Carin Sarafian, Sales and Marketing Director

Known for her creative and unusual ideas, loyal clientele, and her sales and marketing abilities, Carin is able to bring your event to the next level of success in an affordable, professional manner.

Carin began her career in the restaurant and catering business more than 20 years ago. Her strong interpersonal skills coupled with her creative flair have helped numerous clients exceed their event expectations and have created a loyal following of repeat clients. Her client base includes a who’s who of corporate, diplomatic, and celebrity clientele.

For corporate clients, Carin’s knowledge of today’s market, trends, and industry standards will provide you with an invaluable edge over the competition. She is considered a pioneer in the teambuilding arena, creating some of the most successful and creative events for the corporate market including Iron Chef Competition, Art Tasting and Super Foods.

Carin has also designed and produced some of NYC’s most prestigious media, social and diplomatic events including AMFAR’s Gala Benefit Dinner, David Bowie’s 50th Birthday Celebration, Film Society of Lincoln Center, HBO’s Sopranos Premiere Party, Heads of State Luncheon at the United Nations and countless others.

In addition, her personal touch and creative knowledge have made her an invaluable resource for persons planning very special occasions such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, showers all with an eye to style, detail, and cost.

Corrado Goglia, General Manager

Corrado brings a wealth of experience to the Delmonico’s team.  He joined the Delmonico’s staff in 1999, bringing with him over 20 years of prior management experience in New York restaurants. Corrado became the General Manager in 2001, developing, among other things, outstanding beverage and service programs. He is an avid collector of Italian wines and cigars, and in his spare moments enjoys working on his golf handicap and spending time with his two children, Stephanie and Michael.
